The carthage in Tunis, remainders of ancient history

Posted 1 year ago by avatar general in response to avatar katia's question: does anybody know whether the ruins of the Carthage in tunis are open to the public? (give a different answer) .

in case you are a history lover, you're lucky! Not only will you have the chance to visit the Bardo Museum, but also the remains of Hannibal's Carthage, in the northeastern part of the city centre. The Carthage museum is spectacular, definitely worth visiting!! Entrance fee 4$, extra 1 $ required for taking photos.
